The name and history of this vessel are not known.

Description

The remains of what appears to be a small iron steam windlass lie on the beach at Mount Batten and are visible at low tide springs, first recorded by The SHIPS Project in 2007. There appears to be timbers associated with the structure buried in the seabed, however they have not yet been investigated by The SHIPS Project.
